What you’ll do:

• Work closely with the Product Excellence team to manage cross-product initiatives and support stakeholder management and product management tasks
• Recommend best practices & Product Management processes, with a focus on removing bottlenecks & increase efficiency
• Support actively in the education & upskilling activities for the Product Management Group
• Work with the team to improve the initiatives efficiency & support in the special projects
• Support the stakeholders for the ongoing Beta, Feedback & Design Partner Programs

What you bring:

• At least 1 year' experience with data and products in a SaaS company
• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative subject (computer science, physics, mathematics, engineering, …).
• Excellent English communication skills
• Prior experience in stakeholder coordination
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to contribute both independently and as part of a team
• Excellent listening, communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
• Excellent presentation skills (must have)

A plus:

• Experience working in a product team
• You can also perform quantitative analysis on complex data sets

Meet your team:

We sit at the intersection of different teams like Product, Strategy, Engineering, Customer-Success, Support, Sales, etc., and surround around:

• Creating best practices on how the processes should work
• Managing cross-functional teams' coordination to make sure the practices are implemented & working in complete harmony
• Prioritizing decisions based on the available customer data (BA)
• Managing all the in-house & external tools & programs for the smooth rollouts
• Managing data-source mapping to keep the insights coming in a systematic matter

Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
