What you'll do

The Global Finance Shared Services (GFSS) belongs to one of the main pillars of Global Finance which is Global Finance Infrastructure. The Global Finance Shared Services Environment allows SAP to maximize the efficiency and effectiveness as well as quality of the finance processes while delivering global End-To-End process standards.

GFSS R2R Fixed Assets is a global team responsible for accounting topics relates to Asset Accounting, the main topics covered by the team are:

IAS 16: Property, Plant and Equipment

IAS 23: Borrowing Costs IAS 36: Impairment of Assets

IAS 40: Investment Property

IAS 38: Intangible Assets

IAS 37: Provisions, contingent liabilities and contingent assets

IFRS16: Lease Accounting

What you bring

We are searching for a motivated colleague to strengthen our global team as Fixed Assets Accountant to ensure to reflect correctly all financial activities relates to fixed assets to the book. Being part of GFSS, we are responsible to deliver the best quality services to all internal customers supported by the organization. Are we yours?

Key Responsibilities:

- Fixed Assets E2E life cycle (activation, maintenance, closing)

- IFRS16 lease accounting activities

- Support for SOX, Tax, and external/internal audits

- Participate and support in projects or in continuous improvements, standardization activities

- Adhere to service level standards and work towards development of a service culture of "Excellence"
