Operational Enablement Specialist

We are seeking an enthusiastic and highly organized Operational Enablement Specialist to join our team. This role is crucial in ensuring new hires within the Americas Teams have a successful and engaging onboarding experience. The candidate will develop and implement onboarding programs, deliver training sessions, and coordinate with the Center of Expertise (CoE) on a global project to build a platform for new hires.

 

Key responsibilities

 

  1. Onboarding Coordination:
    • Develop and implement a structured onboarding program for new employees within the Americas Teams.
    • Ensure new hires receive a thorough introduction to the company’s culture, processes and priorities
    • Coordination with CoE to work on global project aimed at building a platform for new hires.
  2. Welcome and Introduction:
    • Act as the primary point of contact for new hires during their onboarding process.
    • Welcome new employees and provide them with an introduction to the team and key stakeholders.
    • Guide new hires through the initial setup process, including access to systems, and office tours.
  3. Training Delivery:
    • Conduct training sessions or coordinate them ensuring employees understand end-to-end workflows.
    • Develop training materials, manuals, and guides that cover key billing processes, compliance requirements, and best practices.
  4. Ongoing Development:
    • Assess the training needs of current employees and develop programs to address skill gaps
    • Coordinate with department managers to schedule regular training sessions and refreshers.
    • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and performance metrics.
  5. Collaboration and Communication:
    • Maintain clear and consistent communication with all team members regarding training schedules, updates, and opportunities.
    • Inform about relevant topics which might be affecting the region
    • Act as an Improve Now specialists for the different team members
  6. Record Keeping and Reporting:
    • Maintain detailed records of all training activities, attendance, and outcomes.
    • Prepare and present regular reports on training progress, effectiveness, and areas for improvement to management.
    • Record billing specifics for the region and discuss them with Regional Head to evaluate standardization.

 

Qualifications

  • Experience in developing and delivering training programs, and assessing training needs.
  • Excellent verbal and written skills for delivering training and interacting with new hires and team members.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage onboarding and training schedules, and maintain accurate records.
  • Ability to create a welcoming environment and build relationships with team members and stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and effective time management skills.
  • High attention to detail for accuracy in training materials and process compliance.
  • Strong collaboration skills to effectively coordinate with the Center of Expertise (CoE) for global projects.
  • Ability to provide valuable input for global onboarding initiatives.
  • Familiarity with platform development processes is a plus
