What you'll do:

  • Supporting the site leader in daily execution of global and Support Center China activities.
    • Organizing events that connect with local colleges and universities to develop talent pipelines through internship programs, campus presence and thought leadership.
    • Act as point of contact about local environment and protocols. Share regional policies, procedures, and best practices with Customer Support Center Leads and Site Coordinators from other regions as required.
    • Facilitate in-person events like all employee meetings and #BeTheGuardian InnoJam.
    • Participate in internal innovation projects (Supportability powered by AI)

 

What you bring:

We're looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stay curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.

 

  • Bachelor’s degree or above
  • People who can think out of the box
  • Planning-oriented person
  • Good inter-personal & inter-cultural communication skills, and fluent English & Mandarin is a must.
  • Faster learner, team spirit, highly motivated, ability to take initiative and work independently with carefulness.
  • Candidates preferred - have systematic AI trainings or with AI related project experience
  • Can work 4-5 days a week for 4-6 months

The vision of SAP Customer Support Center Network (SCN) is to “Build a culture of committed and engaged employees by harnessing the diversity of the Support Center Network”. Our mission is to foster collaboration and nurture innovation to strengthen the employee experience.

 

Support Center China is one of the support centers and has many locations. The support center site coordination and operation team is supporting the site leads in daily operation of Support Center China and the global SCN activities.
