What you'll do

The objectives of the student are to support the daily Product Management business especially with respect to the S/4HANA Product Portfolio Planning Process. 

What this role involves
 

You support the portfolio management team in enhancing and guiding the S/4HANA product portfolio. Your efforts drive meticulous planning, informed decision-making, and streamlined processes. By clarifying priorities and timelines, you ensure the delivery of solutions that optimize business operations. These solutions, in turn, lead to more efficient processes, improved products and services, and ultimately, positive change for people worldwide.

Your key tasks

• Drive and optimize the S/4HANA portfolio process to ensure continuous improvement and alignment with business goals.
• Facilitate the creation and monitoring of semester plans for each development cycle to ensure timely and effective execution.
• Set up and maintain Jira product backlogs to support efficient workflow management and project transparency.
• Collaborate with the team to define and measure key performance indicators (KPIs) that demonstrate progress and success.

What you bring

• Current student (f/m/d) at a university or university of applied sciences, pursuing a degree in business, technology, or a related field.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Fluent in English.
• A willingness to learn Jira, explore product portfolio planning processes, and engage with applied AI technologies (e.g., chatbots).
• Technical know-how in data engineering is a plus, including experience with visualization tools and the skills to create insightful dashboards and reports.

 
You are a team player who communicates clearly and focuses on achieving results. You demonstrate independence, strong organizational skills, and the ability to adapt quickly to new challenges. Most importantly, you have a strong willingness to learn in a multidisciplinary environment. While not essential, additional language skills, such as German, are a plus.

Our team leads the portfolio process for Cloud ERP, defining and executing planning activities while implementing the tools that support the entire Cloud ERP organization. Our mission is to establish a clear framework that enables seamless workflows, sharpens focus on priorities, and drives meaningful results.
 

This is an SAP global, strategic, paid working student position that provides students with opportunities to find purpose in their careers.
