What you'll do:
As a Senior Product Specialist for CIS G&SP Solutions & Portfolio, you will be a key contributor to the CIS Growth & Strategic Programs team. Specifically, the Senior Product Specialist will:
- Drive engagement initiatives with Customers & Partners to identify and define custom use cases, ensuring alignment with evolving business needs and technological innovations
- Drive the portfolio of customer-specific solutions, leveraging cutting-edge technologies such as Generative AI and other disruptive innovations
- Reimagine and optimize business processes by identifying and applying emerging industry trends and technological advancements
- Shape next-generation solutions that anticipate customer challenges and create a competitive edge
What you bring:
- 8+ years of software industry experience with a track record of working with Cloud products
- Product/Solution management expertise with a proven track record in leading product definition and driving successful product delivery, and/or experience in consulting and implementing SAP S/4HANA Suite solutions
- Deep expertise of one or more of the business processes in SAP - Finance, Supply Chain, Material Management, Sales & Distribution, Manufacturing, warehouse & logistics
- Previous experience of working in at least one of the SAP industries like Consumer, Discrete, Energy and Natural Resources
- Strong understanding of AI and the ability to identify and define relevant AI-driven use cases
- Strong customer focused mindset and experienced in driving customer interactions
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English
