What You’ll Build

The SAP Internship Experience Program is SAP’s global, strategic, paid internship program that provides university students with opportunities to find purpose in their careers. This is more than an internship, it’s the foundation for a career built on connection, creativity, and impact.

Position title: SAP Globalization iXp Intern – Team Assistant

Location: São Leopoldo, RS

  • Provide daily administrative support to the team and act as a central contact.
  • Schedule and organize team meetings, coordinate larger team events, and book meeting rooms/venues.
  • Help organize and coordinate executive visits, including agenda design, logistics, and local arrangements.
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and meeting materials for leadership and governance reviews.
  • Support global communications and governance initiatives to ensure consistency and transparency across regions.
  • Manage workflows and monitor items such as purchase orders, distribution lists, and inventory.
  • Manage shared drives and team communities such as Team channels and SharePoint pages.
  • Provide onboarding/admin support for new starters.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement and knowledge-sharing efforts across the team.

 

What You’ll bring:

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, International Relations, Communications, or a related field.
    • Expected graduation date: Candidates graduating in 2028 or later are eligible
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail; ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing needs.
  • Proactive, curious, and eager to learn in a global, fast-paced environment.
  • Clear and confident communication skills in English (written and spoken).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Collaborative mindset with a strong sense of responsibility and ownership.
  • Previous administrative or project support experience (academic or internship) is a plus.
