What you'll do:

 

  • Labs China Communications, leveraging AI tools in content development & visual design etc.
  • Media Engagement: Assist in identifying and engaging with key media outlets and journalists. Support in building and maintaining media lists and relationships.
  • News Writing: Contribute to the creation of press releases, news articles, and media pitches. Ensure all content is accurate, engaging, and aligns with our brand voice.
  • Content Development: Support the development of thought leadership content, including blog posts, and keynote storyline. Collaborate with team members to brainstorm and execute content ideas.
  • Social Media: Assist in managing and creating content for our social media channels. Help track social media engagement and analyze performance metrics.
  • Event Support: Provide support in organizing and promoting company events, webinars, and press conferences. Assist in drafting event communications and materials.

 

 

 

 

What you bring:

 

We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stay curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.

 

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Fluent English is a must; conversational skill in Mandarin Chinese is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with social media (especially LinkedIn), AI tools (ChatGPT, visual design, etc)
  • Faster learner, team spirit, highly motivated, ability to take initiative and work with carefulness.
  • Good ability at independent working and problem-solving
  • Track record of leading cross-functional, virtual teams in a matrix environment.
  • Commitment of 3-4 days per week for 6 month internship at least (2~3 day per week onsite)

 

 

 

 

Meet your team:

 

 

The intern of SAP Labs China Labs Managing Director Office Team will work on innovation activities in the Labs Operation Team, including employee communications, university collaboration, Lab innovation topics, employee upskilling programs, and strategic AI programs. He/she will work with other Labs Operation Team members to ensure the smooth operation of Labs China.
