What you'll do

We are currently seeking a dedicated and ambitious working student to support the COO area of our Industry Product Engineering department. This is a unique opportunity for a talented individual eager to gain valuable experience in a dynamic and diverse environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting in the project management of strategic programs, such as AI and Industry Foundation
• Supporting business reporting and financial planning
• Aiding in the management of Strategic Steering Elements (Objectives & Key Results – OKR) for annual targets
• Contributing to operations model management
• Handling various ad-hoc tasks as required

In addition to these responsibilities, we offer a unique working  environment where you will be considered a full member of our team. This means you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience across the entire day-to-day operations of industry-specific products. This immersive experience will provide you with valuable insights and skills that will benefit your future career in the industry.

What you bring

• Current student (f/m/d) at a university or university of applied sciences
• Preferred fields of study: Information Technology, Business Administration, Mathematics, or similar
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; basic knowledge of SAP, Cloud, and Generative AI
• Strong written and spoken English and German skills
• Excellent organizational and project management abilities
• Interest or experience in financial planning and reporting
• Demonstrable ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong initiative and ability to work independently
