What you´ll build

Are you ready to bridge the gap between the digital SAP world and tangible, physical technologies? We are looking for a creative and tech-enthusiastic individual to develop innovative showcases with us and make the possibilities of tomorrow tangible today. If you enjoy tinkering, programming, and exploring new paths, you're the right fit for us!

Your Tasks:

• Hardware Prototyping: Design and develop prototypes with microcontrollers (e.g., ESP32, Arduino) and single-board computers (e.g., Raspberry Pi), integrating various sensors to capture data from the real world.
• Tangible Showcases: Enhance our SAP BTP (Business Technology Platform) solutions with physical components, making digital processes tangible and understandable.
• AI Integration: Evaluate and integrate modern SAP AI solutions into holistic scenarios to create intelligent and comprehensive showcases.
• Full-Stack Development: Work with technologies such as Python, React, and SAPUI5, connecting your prototypes to our systems via REST APIs.
• Presentation & Communication: Independently and convincingly present your developed showcases at trade fairs, customer events, and internal meetings.
• Research Spirit: Independently research new technologies, test them, and find creative ways to successfully integrate them into our projects.

What you bring 

• Ongoing studies in computer science, business informatics, electrical engineering, mechatronics, or a comparable field.
• Strong curiosity and willingness to independently explore new topics and develop innovative solutions. Initial practical experience with microcontrollers (ESP32, Arduino) or Raspberry Pi is a big plus.
• Basic knowledge of programming languages like Python and, ideally, initial exposure to web technologies (e.g., React, SAPUI5, REST APIs).
• Language skills: Fluent in German and English.
• Confident demeanor and enjoyment in presenting technical concepts clearly and enthusiastically to customers.
• Interest in the SAP world and the interaction of software and hardware.
• A creative, solution-oriented, and independent working style.
• Working from St. Ingbert or Walldorf office is required
