What you'll do

 

The SAP Product Engineering Communications team is looking for a talented and self-driven student with a strong interest and background in graphical and design support. The successful candidate will support in areas such as newsletter production, employee campaigns, and creating presentations and other communication materials. Aside from creative tasks, administrative functions will also be part of the profile, including managing the team’s document library.

 

Your tasks include but are not limited to:

  • Assisting with the development of various communications materials
  • Understanding and applying brand guidelines to various communication materials
  • Managing and organizing the team's document library and preparation of team meeting materials
  • Providing general administrative support to the Communications team and carry out various tasks as assigned

 

What you bring

 

  • Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences.
  • Preferred fields of study are graphic design, communications design, communications, business administration or comparable.
  • Understanding of corporate branding and visual identity
  • Computer skills: MS Office, especially SharePoint, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook and Excel, ideally InDesign and Photoshop, experience with PremierePro or comparable video editing tools are a plus
  • Language skills: fluent written and spoken English skills, German as a plus.
  • Soft skills: team player with the ability to work in a global team with multicultural nature, pro-active, focus on quality and results, open minded and hands-on mentality. Ability to interface with management or other leadership roles.
  • Others: Previous experience in project management is a plus.

You'll be joining the Communications team dedicated to SAP Product Engineering, an energetic and diverse group of professionals who strive to effectively communicate and engage with the engineering and development community of the company. Among other responsibilities, our team is in charge of ensuring a smooth transfer of information within the organization, supporting employee awareness and understanding of new initiatives, and fostering a vibrant, collaborative work environment.
