YOUR FUTURE ROLE

 

We are looking for an individual with a strong interest in utilizing artificial intelligence to enhance business performance, excellent project management and training skills. In this role, you will work directly with the Legal department on their most important AI initiatives. Specifically, you will support two AI use cases: (1) eLawyer (2) MSFT CoPilot Daily Productivity. Below are some of the specific tasks you will be required to perform under each use case. 

 

eLawyer

The purpose of eLawyer is to provide Legal's internal clients with a self-service option to ask questions, thereby reducing the time our Legal professionals spend on routine inquiries. For instance, eLawyer will analyze policies and training materials to extract pertinent legal information for precise responses. Additionally, Legal's in-house professionals will use eLawyer for legal research by identifying relevant information from our SharePoint document repositories and Contract Management System.

Your role will involve leading the program, collaborating closely with our Legal team to identify pertinent documents, and assisting in transforming them into a readable format for integration with SAP’s AI technology (AskQ2C). You will also work with IT on the security concept to segregate user types.

MSFT CoPilot

All Legal employees can integrate MSFT CoPilot into their daily work. The goal is to improve employee adoption by enhancing their skills in CoPilot and prompt engineering. You will also be responsible for managing and governing a legal prompt library, as well as delivering inspirational training on prompt engineering for the legal community (and CoPilot agent creation if SharePoint Advance becomes available).

Your tasks include but are not limited to the following:

 

  • Manage Legal's AI program, focusing on use cases eLawyer using SAP’s Chat Q2C application.
  • Help the Legal Department adopt AI technologies to achieve a productivity increase of 5% and measure the results. 
  • Help upskill our employee base with essential AI skills.  It will be critical to conduct enablement training sessions for CoPilot, including training on prompt engineering and creating CoPilot agents.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert on MSFT CoPilot, and SharePoint Advance.
  • Manage and curate the governance of the prompt library.
  • Oversee AI project management, ensuring timely and successful project delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into legal workflows.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of AI tools and make recommendations for improvements.
  • Stay up to date with the latest advancements in AI and related technologies.
  • Provide support and expertise in AI-related legal technology and innovation.
  • Develop and maintain documentation and best practices for AI initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in AI implementations.

 

YOUR PROFILE

 

  • Hands-on expertise with MSFT CoPilot, CoPilot Studio, and SharePoint Advance and SAP Joule
  • Strong understanding of AI technologies and their applications in the legal field.
  • Experience in delivering employee training and enablement sessions, particularly in AI prompt engineering and CoPilot agent creation.
  • Program and Project management experience, with a proven track record of managing and delivering complex projects.
  • Experience working in a legal department or setting is highly preferred.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Law, Business, or a related field.
  • Solid experience in AI, legal technology, project management, or a related field.
  • Relevant certifications in AI, project management, or legal technology are a plus.
  • Having a solid understanding of the legal environment is a plus

The Legal Operations team is part of GFA Business Operations unit, within the Corporate Functions Operations group – which are all part of the Strategy & Operations family, under oCEO board area.

The successful candidate will report to the Head of Legal Operations. Our team is composed of professionals with expertise in legal, technology, finance, and project management. We are a close team that is dedicated to supporting our internal client, the Legal department, in achieving its goals.
