What you`ll do:
As a SAP HANA Cloud/SAP Analytics Cloud DevOps Architect (f/m/d), you play a vital role in the Product Development Team of Private, Restricted and Sovereign Cloud. We have been growing constantly over the last years to better serve customer demands in this challenging environment. Your contributions to Private, Restricted and Sovereign Cloud will be pivotal in automating, scaling, and maintaining our cloud operations at an exemplary level. You will be responsible not only for adapting public cloud products to private & restricted use cases, but also for supporting various stakeholders and first customers. This will involve demonstrating new deployment standards, assisting in troubleshooting, and providing guidance on updates and best practices.

As a HANA Cloud/SAP Analytics Cloud DevOps Architect (f/m/d), you will:

• Develop a Cloud Deployment Architecture concept for sovereign and private cloud environments focusing SAP HANA Cloud and SAP Analytics Cloud
• Continuously evaluate the standard deployments of SAP HANA Cloud / SAP Analytics Cloud in sovereign and private cloud environments and work on ongoing improvements of the software delivery and deployment processes. 
• Develop a holistic view on deployment, operations and maintenance of SAP HANA Cloud and SAP Analytics Cloud in customer-owned cloud landscapes and define best practices for deployments of other SAP cloud products.
• Evaluate requirements from sovereign and private cloud setups and drive their adoption by SAP standard development teams

What you bring:

• 6+ years of experience as a DevOps expert or architect in cloud software development or cloud software delivery teams ideally related to SAP HANA Cloud or SAP Analytics Cloud
• Proven track of hands on experience in software deployment and delivery design and implementation 
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. You have a can-do mindset and are proactive, creative and solution-oriented 
• True team player with the ability to influence and lead without authority 
• Strong communication and networking skills with ability to connect people and topics 
• Fluency both written and spoken in English and German.
• Creative thinking, willingness and ability to learn quickly new concepts and technologies

Meet the team:
The SAP BTP Multi Channel delivery & DC Buildout team is part of T&I BTP Foundation Unit and is responsible for driving and executing the SAP Business Technology Platform strategy for deploying cloud products into sovereign and private environments. The team has end-to-end ownership of the complete topic to ensure an excellent customer experience for the SAP BTP Sovereign Cloud product portfolio.
