What you'll build

You will maintain and improve software services and application libraries that power enterprise applications on SAP Business Technology Platform. Your work helps developers build faster, safer, and smarter applications:

• Maintain and enhance multiple backing services
• Take care of dependency updates and other operational tasks
• Resolve bugs and technical debt on existing solutions
• Implement new features and improvements based on end-user requirements
• Support faster innovation and better user experiences

What you bring

• Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
• Practical experience with application development
• Proficient with JavaScript / TypeScript
• Experience with SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), SAP Cloud Application Programming Model (CAP) and SAP UI5 is a big plus
• Team player with a structured and organized approach to work
• On-site presence at our Walldorf office is required

You will join our central cloud enablement team, where we define best practices for application development and provide reusable services that shape how cloud enterprise applications are built at scale. Our mission is to simplify cloud development, ensure architectural excellence, and embed AI as a foundational capability across our application landscape. Daily, we act as technology multipliers, supporting developers, maintaining core services, driving innovation, and ensuring enterprise applications are stable, secure, and future-ready.

Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
