What you'll do

 

  • Creating and maintaining Microsoft SharePoints
  • Creating and maintaining Microsoft SharePoint Sites
  • Administrating and maintaining mailboxes in Microsoft Outlook
  • Administrating the Lucid Capacity and EPPM portfolio items
  • Manage the Missing Days Reporting for the Unit
  • Monitor the unit members attendancy to the mandatory training courses
  • Organizing workshops and conferences
  • Creating Microsoft PowerPoint presentations for communicational purposes on different levels
  • Researching 
  • Support across the unit regarding communicational topics


What you bring

 

  • Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
  • Fluent in English and German in both written and verbal communication
  • Good knowledge in MS office tools like Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Sharepoint
  • Knowledge in image-editing software would be a great advantage 
  • Results-driven work attitude, structured working methods 
  • Soft skills: team player, good at organizing and time management, multi-tasker, interest and quick understanding of new topics and interrelationships
  • Independent 


Students from all disciplines are welcome to join our unit. You should still be a student for at least one year.

We are looking for a working student to support our unit Business Network in terms of operational and communication tasks.


Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.

 

This is a SAP global, strategic, paid working student position that provides students with opportunities to find purpose in their careers.
