What you'll build

SAP develops SAP HANA, the in-memory database management system available on premise and in cloud. This is based on C++ and python coding and for HANA Cloud solution on Kubernetes orchestrating dock containers on hyperscalers such as AWS, GCP or Azure. Monitoring is achieved via Grafana and LogQL. To run SAP HANA Cloud productively in a large scale all processes including support need to scale and therefore be automated.

You will work in a team which implements tools to improve supportability and support efficiency including AI technologies.

What you bring

• Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences 
• Preferred fields of study: Computer science, data science, artificial intelligence, machine learning, or related fields at a higher education institution 
• Computer skills: Knowledge of RDBMS, Experience with Javascript, Python and SQL 
• Language skills: Fluent in English, German as a plus 
• Working from Walldorf office is required at least 1-2 times a week

Where you belong

We are SAP HANA Development Support and are part of Product Engineering at SAP. Therein we are responsible for solving customer issues on SAP HANA onpremise and cloud

Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
