Working Student (f/m/d) - Global Renewal Process Office (GRPO) Support

What you'll do


We are looking for a motivated working student to support the team in several administrative and operational topics. 

 

Main tasks include:

  • Support the creation of documentation, enablement materials, roll-out communication, and training materials, including maintenance of internal and external Team-SharePoint pages
  • Support the overall orchestration of topics and projects, e.g. creation of PowerPoint slides, preparation of meetings, meeting minutes, tracking of and following up on action items
  • Support collection of business requirements and preparation of user stories and mockups to be handed over to development teams
  • Testing and validation of developments (e.g. transactional tools like CRM, or analytical tools like SAP Analytics Cloud Dashboards and related data sources)
  • Support the team in all other business and operations related topics

What you bring

 

  • Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
  • Preferred fields of study: Marketing, Communications, Economics, Business Administration
  • Language skills: fluent in English, German as a plus
  • Computer skills:  Profound knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, first experience or knowledge with SAP, IT systems (CRM, ERP) and/or Business Analytics / Business Intelligence is a plus
  • Soft skills: Self-driven, highly motivated, team player with open and flexible personality, reliable in delivering results with high quality
  • Others: First hands-on experiences with Microsoft Sharepoint is a plus
  • Regular working from the Walldorf office is a must
