Working Student (f/m/d) - Process Harmonization, Improvement & Adoption (End user documentation)

What you'll build


We are looking for a Working Student who would like to be part of a large IT transformational project to harmonize SAP Customer Service Support. You will support the project team in refining standard processes and tools for IT Service Management (ITSM) and IT Operations Management (ITOM) by:

  • Creating and maintaining clear work instructions and enablement materials for end users to drive process and ServiceNow adoption.
  • Providing project management support within the program-management framework, advising the project team on cross topics, ServiceNow usage, and end-user feedback.
  • Consolidating backlogs, prioritizing tasks, and ensuring efficient execution of project activities.


What you bring 

 

  • Student (f/m/d) preferred in business, engineering, information Technology or related fields  at a university or a university of applied sciences, with at least 3 semesters remaining until graduation.
  • Proficient in MS Office, particularly PowerPoint.
  • Language skills: Strong communication skills in English. German would be beneficial.
  • Soft skills:  Attention to detail, willingness to learn, work independently and in a proactive way.
  • Other important skills/experience:  Basic understanding of IT Service and Operations Management (ITSM/ ITOM) processes.

 

Where you belong


The Service Management Processes & Solutions team is driving a global IT project aimed at simplifying and harmonizing business processes, as well as integrating a new ITSM system across the entire SAP landscape.
You will work directly with project team and will be assigned to one or more processes.


This position will provide you:

  • Hands-on experience in the design and implementation of global IT projects.
  • In-depth knowledge of ITSM and ITOM processes.
  • Comprehensive understanding of ServiceNow.
  • Knowledge of SAP Business Processes 


Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
