What you'll do
As a Working Student (f/m/d) in Strategic Business Steering, you will support the Office of the COO for SAP SuccessFactors in various operational and strategic initiatives. You will gain hands-on experience in business operations, reporting, and insights while working closely with cross-functional teams. This role is an excellent opportunity to develop analytical and project management skills in a dynamic, international environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in gathering, analyzing, and visualizing business data to support decision-making.
- Support the preparation of reports, presentations, and insights for internal stakeholders.
- Help optimize processes related to resource planning, procurement, and performance tracking.
- Contribute to strategic projects by conducting research and preparing recommendations.
- Collaborate with different teams to ensure smooth communication and execution of operational tasks.
- Assist in managing documentation and coordination efforts for ongoing.
What you bring
- Student (f/m/d) currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Economics, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen interest in business operations and strategy.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with analytical tools is a plus.
- Strong communication skills in English; German language skills are a plus.
- Enthusiasm for working in an international and cross-functional environment.

The COO team for SAP SuccessFactors serves as the operational backbone for our Product & Engineering unit. Our team is responsible for strategic project management, budget and resource planning, performance insights, and other mission-critical activities.
