ABOUT THE TEAM
As a critical part of SAP’s Transformation journey, the mission of the CPIT Order-to-Invoice (O2I) Team is to drive the implementation of the company’s strategy and achievement of shared business objectives through world class end-to-end business processes. Amongst the team’s key objectives are to innovate, standardize, simplify, and automate SAP’s core business processes and assure continuous alignment with the SAP IT portfolio and business stakeholders. In all activities, closing the loop from strategy to execution is key to driving impact for SAP and for our customers.
THE ROLE
- Support Order-to-cash (O2C) projects / activities related to O2C Processes Management
- Support team process, handbook and technical documentation storage, create MS Sharepoint or MS Teams
- Support process standardization, automation, and simplification activities
- Coordinate cross-project alignment within GFA and other neighboring functions (IT, Shared Service Center)
ROLE REQUIREMENTS
- Student at university or university of applied sciences
- Preferred field(s) of study: Technical background and/or Economics, Communications, Marketing
- Computer skills: Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office applications (Teams, Sharepoint, Word, Excel,etc.)
- Language skills: English is a must.
- Soft skills: Communicative, result oriented, quick learner.
- Others: Process orientated thinking, analytical thinking
This is an SAP global, strategic, paid working student position that provides students with opportunities to find purpose in their careers.
