What you'll do
As a Graphic Designer, you will be the creative force behind visually impactful materials that bring clarity to complex information. Your primary focus will be on designing compelling infographics, presentations, and visual assets that support internal communication and decision-making.
A key part of your role will also include video production, where you’ll create engaging video content to support storytelling, team branding, and internal campaigns. From concept to final edit, you’ll ensure videos align with strategic goals and captivate the audience.
Additionally, you will contribute to team branding by developing consistent and engaging visuals that represent the team’s identity, values, and goals. Through your creative work, you’ll help communicate ideas effectively, foster alignment, and enhance the impact of internal projects across the organization.
What you bring
- Student (f/m/d) currently enrolled at a university or university of applied sciences, preferably in Design, Visual Communication, Media Production, or a related field.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and familiarity with video editing software like Premiere Pro or After Effects.
- Experience in creating infographics, visual assets, and branding materials.
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
- Fluent in English; German is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of animation or motion graphics is a bonus.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining high-quality results.

Our mission is to break down silos and deliver consistent, user-centered solutions by designing data-driven frameworks, architectures, and standards that empower teams across the organization.
Our daily work involves enabling collaboration between Solution Architects, UX Designers, and Delivery teams to create scalable solutions that enhance user experience maturity, drive efficiency, and accelerate future go-to-market strategies. Guided by high design standards and a commitment to innovation, we focus on ensuring every solution aligns with the big picture while driving impactful business outcomes.
Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
