(Senior) Product Specialist (f/m/d) for Test Automation and Clean Core

What you’ll do 

You will be part of the core product management team for SAP Cloud ALM and the RISE with SAP Methodology Dashboard and shaping the future of the product working closely with customers and partners. You will experience the thought-leading team that created the golden path for cloud delivery at SAP, and how daily delivery comes to life using cloud-native technology.

We're seeking an experienced product specialist to contribute to the success of SAP Cloud ALM by focusing on Test Management specifically the Test Automation capabilities of SAP Cloud ALM provided by our partner Tricentis. You will be responsible for introducing the Test Automation capabilities of SAP Cloud ALM and collaborate with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to overcome all adoption hurdles. As a product specialist you are responsible for the expert rollout of SAP Test Automation by Tricentis integrated with SAP Cloud ALM and SAP Change Impact Analysis by Tricentis. Based on your input you shape the products in close collaboration with the Chief Product Owner, architects, and product owners from engineering and our partner Tricentis. You feel comfortable on a stage and interacting closely with customers, partners as well as internal audiences.
 

As product specialist for Test Automation your responsibilities will be to:

• Become an expert SAP Test Automation by Tricentis and SAP Change Impact Analysis by Tricentis
• Deliver empowering sessions and expert services.
• Work hands-on with internal parties, customers, and partners to support the adoption of SAP Test Automation by Tricentis integrated with SAP Cloud ALM.
• Support customers in developing strategies for Change Impact Analysis.
• Document your knowledge in Best Practice documents and service material.
• Feedback experience and input to the Tricentis and SAP product teams.
• Create rollout material such as presentations, blog posts, demos, and videos. You will present the material at SAP and customer events.
   

What you bring

• Experience with Test Automation tools, preferably Tricentis Tosca and SAP Test Automation by Tricentis.
• Enjoyment in hands-on work and a practical approach to tasks.
• Solid understanding of Test Management processes and Change Impact Analysis for SAP systems.
• Experience in SAP Change Impact Analysis by Tricentis or Business Process Change Analyzer is a plus
• Experience in working in Application Lifecycle Management or project management will be a plus
• Team-orientation and team-work mindset
• Very good communications and presentation skills
• Written and spoken proficiency in German and English

This position can be filled in part time as well.
